How do I know which product is best for my horse?

We are here to help. This site is ran by an authorized dealer who would be happy to educate you on all of the products Oxy-gen has to offer. We will discuss the specific needs that you are looking to address in your horse's health and help guide you to the right product. Please fill out the form on the Contact Us page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Do you offer Refunds or Returns? 

We do not offer refunds on any products, but you may visit our Return Policy page for information on how to exchange a product. 

Do you have samples available?

We do not sell samples. If you are not happy with a product that you purchase we happily offer an exchange for something that will better fit your horses' need.

I am Local in Reno NV, can I pick up my product?

Yes, if you are local to Reno, NV you may be able to arrange pick up or delivery of your product free of charge. Please reach out to oxygenequinenevada@gmail.com to see if you are within a radius that we offer this service to. Please keep in mind we do not hold all products here locally and may need to order your item from the main warehouse. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally, but offer shipping to all 50 states in the US. 

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on select items that weigh 20-45 lbs.
